What it does

  • Estimate your one-rep max Enter a completed set and see Epley, Brzycki, Lombardi, O’Conner and Wathen side by side, with their average as the headline. Or use a known or training max.
  • Working weights at a glance Percentages from 50% to 100% in 5% steps. Tap one to open the plate loader.
  • Your bar, your plates Set your bar weight, collars and the plates you actually own. Find an exact symmetric load, or the nearest weights below and above your target.
  • Warm-ups and plate changes Edit your warm-up steps, confirm what is on the bar, then follow ordered removals and additions on each side for the next set.
  • Kilograms or pounds Switch units while the physical weight of your equipment stays consistent. No account required.
  • Keep your next session ready Optional one-time Pro adds saved setups, lift records, extra equipment inventories, share cards and a working-weight widget. Your existing saved data remains accessible if Pro is unavailable.

Estimates are a guide. Formula results vary by exercise and person, especially above ten reps.
